of this important natural area and environmental education center. If you wish to make a provision

Illinois not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization (37-1338932), which receives mail at 4532 N 725 East
Road, McLean, Illinois 61754, the sum of $______ or _____ percent of the residue of my estate (or
specifically described property) for Sugar Grove Nature Center."
